Lot Essay

This stunning bear is very similar in style to the famous Happy, purchased from Sotheby's by Paul and Rosemary Volpp in 1989. Other similar bears have since appeared on the market, but none with this colour combination. What makes these bears especially appealling is their extra large glass eyes.
