The hinged arched ends inset with glazed ceramic plaques of harvesting putti, a makers plaque inscibed 'BETJEMANN'S PATENT 9633' and another inscribed 'SELF CLOSING BOOKSLIDE 9633'
16 in. (41.5 cm.) long when closed
Together with a brass lion foot doorstop - 15 in. (38 cm.) high; and a painted iron doorstop of cornucopia, both 19th Century (3)
