Tasting note: Almost startlingly virile in its early days. Fully evolved by the Millennium. Fragrant, verging on exotic; a masculine extrovert. Most recently: the rich dark cherry, maturing; characteristic, distinctive, Cabernet Sauvignon aroma, with touch of vanilla; sweet, good flavour, soft tannins, perfect acidity. Delicious.
