Painted in a yellow, ochre, blue and green palette with the portrait of a bearded warrior in a plumed helmet in profile to the left within a scroll cartouche above a band named for SY: DE BETTONICA. on a blue ground with entwined yellow scrolling foliage between a band of foliage and a zig-zag band of half flowerheads and leaves, the cylindrical neck and foot with entwined scrolls on a blue ground (short crack to neck, slight rim and footrim chipping and glaze flaking)
