A WORCESTER AND ENGLISH PORCELAIN 'QUEEN CHARLOTTE' PATTERN COMPOSITE PART TEA AND COFFEE-SERVICE
CIRCA 1770, BLUE FRETTED SQUARE SEAL MARKS
Painted in underglaze-blue, pink and iron-red, lightly enriched in gilding, with spiralling panels of stylised flowers and scrolls, comprising:
A globular teapot and cover
A sugar-bowl and cover (riveted repair to bowl and chipping to finial) A baluster sparrow-beak cream-jug (slight chipping to spout)
A two-handled chocolate-cup and a saucer (minor crack)
Two large teabowls (one cracked)
Six teabowls (one with star-crack)
Four coffee-cups
One large saucer
Eleven small saucers
(some minor wear to gilding throughout)
