Painted in purple camaïeu, the cover with a figure of Time holding a sheaf and an hour glass among clouds flanked by sprays of flowers, the other sides with bouquets of flowers and scattered sprigs, the interior with a bird perched on a basket beside luxuriant fruit and flowers (very slight wear to edges of underside)
