Bond [Roger Moore] had arranged to meet Scaramanga's girlfriend, Andrea Anders [Maud Adams] at a boxing match to retrieve the stolen Solex Agitator which she had removed from Scaramanga's safe. When he arrives he finds her already dead, shot through the heart. Scaramanga arrives and tells Bond not to move... "look behind you....lower", indicating Nick Nack who, whilst eating peanuts, has the Derringer pointed at Bond, who responds in typical sardonic style.... "a gun and a bag of peanuts, how original, what will they think of next."
