A VERY RARE TRANSLUCENT PALE GREENISH-WHITE GLASS TWO-HANDLED HEXAGONAL CUP
MING DYNASTY, 15TH-16TH CENTURY
Made in imitation of jade, the facetted body moulded on each side with a Shou character flanked by foliate motifs, with a pair of dragon loop handles, raised on a similarly facetted foot with cylindrical inner walls, the semi-translucent glass with some crizzling and some soil encrustation
