Finely painted on the interior medallion to depict a mountain landscape scene with a long-bearded immortal holding in offering a large peach in his hands, to his companion who is dressed in a long flowing robe, attended by three acolytes each bearing in turn, a lingzhi in a vase, a covered jar and a dish of fruit, all standing in a verdent promontory below pine trees and five bats in flight, the cavetto with a dense lotus scroll meander against a yellow-enamel ground, the reverse decorated with three evenly spaced stylised chilong enamelled in blue against a turquoise ground, the underside side with a chilong medallion, raised on a short circular foot
