Dated to 1799, mounted as a handscroll, written on silk brocade and woven with a pattern of scattered ruyi-cloud, the text arranged in the standard form reading from left to right in Manchu and repeated from right to left in Chinese characters, inscribed with a commendation for the Governor Jiang youxian, bearing Imperial seals
