probably Weimar, circa 1640, maker's mark WO also struck with a ?flower
The hexagonal base chased with foliage and resting on three scroll and foliage feet chased with winged putti heads, the hexagonal stem engraved with flowers, the rim with scrolling foliage, marked on base

Lot Essay
The townmark W is used in Wil, Winterthur, Weimar and Breslau. On stylistic grounds the most likely centre would seem to be Weimar.
