His body well proportioned, with a narrow waist, his arms lowered, his head facing frontal, wearing a short wig that conceals his ears and closely hugs his face, the curls arranged in rows that begin as a spiral at the top of the head, the convex eyes with a modelled fold for the upper lids, the brows in relief, following the downward curve of the eyes at their outer corners, the nose thin, the mouth smiling, the philtrum indicated

For the style compare the limestone head in Amsterdam, thought to be from Saqqara, no. 381 in Van Haarlem, Corpus Antiquitatum Aegyptiacarum, Allard Pierson Museum, Amsterdam; the figure of Ka-pu-ptah on his pair statue in Vienna, no. 133 in Arnold, et al., Egyptian Art in the Age of the Pharaohs; and the statue of Memi in Hildesheim, no. 30 in Seipel, Gott, Mensh, Pharao.
