Two Chinese famille rose teapots and covers and a pattipan
Qianlong (1735-1796)
Comprising a teapot painted with two cockerels perched on rockwork in a flowering garden, the base encrusted with branches, the domed cover modelled with petals; and a teapot painted with shaped panels enclosing chrysanthemum-sprays on a pink ground with further flowers, with chrysanthemum-shaped cover, the lobed pattipan decorated en suite, some chips and frits
The teapots 10.5 and 9.5 cm. high; the pattipan 15.6 cm. diam. (3)
