Lot Essay

US$15,500-23,000

With Franck Muller presentation box.

The spectacular diamond and ruby-set Double Mystery derives its name from the pair of revolving discs that indicate the hour and minutes rather than the conventional hands. The 'Master of Complications' has once again reaffirmed his title with this in-house invented and patented mechanism that involves the positioning of the hour arrow on a central disc and the minutes arrow on the outer disc. Such a novel and refreshing way of displaying the time allows full appreciation to be directed towards the glitter and glamour of the precious stones.
