CASE: with brass-capped columns, replaced frets to hood, glazed lentical to moulded trunk door over double stepped plinth DIAL: 12 in. square brass dial with engraved border, cherub and coronet spandrels to engraved and silvered chapter ring, subsidiary seconds and date square to matted centre with foliage engraving to the centre and signed 'Wm. Davis/London', blued steel hands MOVEMENT: with six ringed and latched pillars, anchor escapement and internal rack strike on bell, case possibly associated; two brass weights, pendulum
