The rectangular twin-flap top with burr-elm inlaid oval with pear and boxwood strung borders above two frieze drawers and two conforming false drawers to the reverse with a chevron featherbanded edge, on a trestle support and end standards, the splayed legs terminating in brass caps and castors, the castors stamped 'COCKEN', the drawer handles later
