The radially veneered top above a featherbanded frieze with two drawers and two false drawers on an octagonal support and angular downswept legs terminating in brass caps and castors, the drawer with later lock stamped 'WALSH & SONS' and 'VR PATENT' below a crown, the handles and locks replaced
