The lobed domed cover forming a flask with a faceted stopper-finial engraved with foliate scrolls with traces of silvering, the octagonal tapering bowl engraved with a marriage coat-of-arms flanked by foliage, below the inscription Mein Bedächliniß Stette die/Stets beÿ diesem glase für, the reverse engraved with a lady and gentleman holding a heart between them below the inscription Si Vous étes Sascheux, que je vous aime/Pour Vous venôer, faites de mëme on a faceted baluster stem, the spreading foot engraved with fronds
