A rare pair of Dutch colonial silver spittoons
Maker's mark possibly that of Dirck Vooght, Batavia, before 1730, struck with an unidentified possible assayer's mark W.S, and date letter C, also struck with later Dutch import mark
Each baluster-shaped with wide flaring neck, with ribbed mid-section and rim, on short foot, marked to the bases
11.4 cm. high
