The rectangular box set on four short bracket feet incised with stylized foliate scroll inlaid on the cover with gilt, silver and copper with a cockerel locked in a standoff against a weasel, within a stippled border, details chiseled, the sides of the box with variously shaped panels of flowers and insects; rims and interior gilt
