Cut in the shape of clouds and carved on the front in high relief with birds amidst flowering branches showing traces of white and red pigment that flank a narrow inscription niche with partial red pigment, the tablet set into a stepped lotus base of rectangular shape on bracket feet that is carved in relief with rounded lotus leaves painted black; the back of the tablet flat and undecorated
