A gilt bronze figure of Chakrasamvara and Vajravarahi
Nepal, circa 18th century
Standing in alidhasana over prostrate figures on an ovoid lotus base, he with four faces and twelve arms holding weapons and ritual implements, his principle arms around her and holding a vajra and ghanta, wearing multiple garlands of severed heads around his shoulders and torso, she wearing beaded festooned jewelry, standing with her right leg wrapped around him, holding a kapala in her left hand behind his head and raising a vajra in her right, her head flung back to gaze at him
