With round body on short conical foot and extended long thin neck, the body with moulded kufic inscription, bands of floral blooms above and below, applied bands of ribbed glass around lower part of neck, intact, some areas of iridescence

The inscription around this bottle reads, baraka wa yumn wa surur wa salama li-sa[hibi], 'Blessing and good fortune and felicity and well-being to its owner'.
