TURKEY OR THE BALKANS, LATE 18TH/EARLY 19TH CENTURY
The tapering double-edged blade curving upward, each face with central ridge, the forte with gold overlaid decoration, the silver hilt and scabbard with fine repoussé rocaille decoration, the scabbard with silver filigree mounts, one supsension ring, assay and old maker's marks
