Of tapering cylindrical form, the first commemorating the gift of a new banner to the 5th Sapper Battalion on 26 November 1907, by the Cmielow Porcelain Factory, Cmielow, Poland; the second commemorating the jubilee of the Imperial Guard Uhlan Regiment of Her Majesty on 15 May 1903, also with an inscription commemorating the capture of Telish in 1877, by the Kornilov Factory, Moscow; the third commemorating the 1904 jubilee of the Fourth Imperial Guard Rifle Regiment, by Comte Harrach, St. Petersburg; all marked under bases with overglaze factory marks
