Signed Toshinaga, Meiji Period (Late 19th-Early 20th century)
The silver tray mounted with a cloisonné plaque attributed to the Namikawa workshop, worked finely in gold wire and coloured enamel with birds in the foreground of a garden beneath Mount Fuji, the tray pierced and chased with a snake entwined among flowers and foliage
