signed with initials and dated 'DL 16 [ ]' (lower right)
plumbago on vellum
oval, 5 3/8 in. (135 mm.) high, ebonised wood frame with inner gilt surround
inscribed in pencil on the reverse 'Make this exact Annisley [...]'
