A-B12 only (lacking leaves B1 and B12, and ?two other gatherings), first gathering printed in red and black, interleaved. (Very light occasional marking.) Contemporary red morocco, covers elaborately gilt with a dotted border enclosing a central foliate device composed of various dotted and scroll tools with fleur-des-lys, vase and flower motifs, cornerpieces of sprays composed of fronds, small rosettes and vases, metal clasps complete with locking pin, gilt edges, buntpapier endpapers with pockets (extremities lightly rubbed). Sold as a binding, not subject to return.
