Gilt-finished half plate fusée and chain movement, spring detent escapment, free-sprung bi-metallic compensation balance, helical hairspring, diamond end stone, tinted white enamel dial, Roman numerals, fan form up and down indication below the 12 o'clock, subsidiary seconds, engine-turned case, case, dial and movement signed, case and cuvette stamped with maker's mark HMF (Harrison Mill Frodsham) and London date letter G for 1882, bow stamped AS
