(Without "List of Antiques" in volume I called for in one of 3 Rothschild copies.) Late 19th-century full morocco elaborately gilt, edges gilt, by A. Chatelin.
First Pine edition, first issue with the misprint "Post Est" around the medal of Caesar on p. 108 in vol. II, which was corrected to "Potest" in the second issue. "Pine's complete command of his craft makes this the most elegant of English eighteenth-century books in which text and illustrations alike are entirely engraved."
