Edo period (19th century), signed Kajikawa saku and with jar seal
Decorated in gold, silver, red and black hiramaki-e, takamaki-e, kirikane and aogai inlay with Kikujido (Chrysanthemum Boy) on a riverbank surrounded by chrysanthemums and insects, all against a nashiji ground; with an ivory netsuke also of Kikujido holding a fan decorated in gold and red lacquer; with an oblong, pierced gilt-metal ojime with chrysanthemums
