Gandhara, 2nd/3rd Century
Seated on a throne with ankles crossed on a pedestal all over a lotus base issuing from water, his right hand raised in abhayamudra and holding a lotus blossom in his left, dressed in a voluminous sanghati and adorned with multiple necklaces, the face with heavy-lidded eyes flanked by pendant lotus earrings and surmounted by a turban centered by a tiara, flanked by a column carved with a figure in adoration
