19TH CENTURY
The square top with beaded egde and inset with a marble panel of mottled grey, white and golden tone, above a tall waist and beaded aprons carved in the center with archaistic scrolls, all supported on beaded legs of square section terminating in scroll-form hoof feet set into a base stretcher raised on small tabs
11¾ in. (29.9 cm.) high, 12 in. (30.5 cm.) wide, 12 9/16 in. (31.9 cm.) deep
Provenance
Acquired in Canton, China, circa 1935-1949 by the father of the present owners.
