SOUTHERN SONG DYNASTY (1127-1279)
The first a pear-shaped vase raised on a short foot, the body tapering to the slightly rounded upright rim, covered all over and on the base with a finely crackled glaze of pale yellowish-green tone; the second a shallow brushwasher, the sides flaring to the everted rim, covered in a widely crackled, greyish-green glaze which also covers the base
