The square block surmounted by a finely carved, seated mythical beast with firmly planted clawed feet, ribbed chest, large coiled horns and a bifurcated tail that curls up onto both rear haunches, the top edge of the uncarved block beveled, the stone of creamy, pale beige color with fine satiny polish
