ATTRIBUTED TO THE POTHOS PAINTER, CIRCA 430-420 B.C.
Side A: with a naked satyr playing a barbiton, a dancing maenad on either side, one holding a thrysos and torch, the other holding a torch in each hand, to the right a dancing satyr with right leg and arm raised; side B: with three himation-clad Youths; double scroll palmettes under the handles, laurel under the rim, band of meander and chequered squares encircling below the scenes
