Limited edition of 300 copies, ONE OF ONLY 10 AUTHOR'S PRESENTATION COPIES: this one presented to his brother Charles Rothschild in the year of publication. The copy remained in the Rothschild family until 1972 when it was given as a present by the niece of the author, the natural scientist Miriam Rothschild.
