Shaped oblong, the field set with rings holding three pots for sand, ink and wafers, the field and pots engraved with a Viscount's coat-of- arms, marked with charge and décharge of Adrien Vanier and Pierre Perrine, marked under base, on field beneath center pot and under each pot
