LATE 17TH CENTURY
Profusely inlaid throughout with foliate panels, the interior with an arrangement of drawers and pigeonholes around a central cupboard and open compartment below, with a long cushion-moulded drawer in the upper frieze and a ratchetted slope in the fall-front, the base with two short and two long drawers, on later bun feet, the sides with panels depicting Roman soldiers
65 in. (165 cm.) high; 43 in. (110 cm.) wide; 18½ in. (47 cm.) deep
