With Jaeger-LeCoultre Certificat de Garantie dated 2007, instructions, fitted brown presentation box and outer packaging.

According to the Archives of Jaeger-LeCoultre, the present watch was manufactured in 2006.

The "Sincere Reverso Grande Date Reserve" model was made in a limited edition of 50 examples to commemorate the 50th anniversary of Jaeger-LeCoultre's Singapore retailer Sincere Watch Ltd. in 2004. The 50 pieces were delivered to the retailer between 2004 and 2006.
