With Patek Philippe Extract from the Archives confirming production of the present watch with calibre 27 AM 400, amagnetic, in 1962 and its subsequent sale on 9 November 1962.

Manufacture of reference 3417 was launched in 1958 with calibre 12'''400 AM. As of 1960, the model was fitted with calibre 27-AM 400 until its discontinuation in the late 1960s.
