Lot Essay

William English asked Vivienne Westwood if she would mind being the subject matter of a presentation he needed to produce for his interview for the National Film School. She agreed, and as a result he produced a wonderful series of photographs of Westwood posing in the shop she owned with Malcolm McLaren at 430 King's Road.
