The globular mid-section pierced with three circular panels depicting writhing phoenix amongst cloud scrolls, surrounded by classic lotus scroll on a blue sgraffiato ground, the pierced roundels revealing the revolving cylindrical interior painted with the eight Immortals besides rockwork and under a pine tree, the yellow ground neck with twin gilt handles and painted with scrolling peonies, the waisted spreading foot with a band of floral motif below a ruyi border on a lemon-yellow ground, the interior and base glazed turquoise, apocryphal Qianlong iron-red six-character seal mark to base
