painted in puce camaieu with bouquets within arched panels of scrolls and foliage, the leaf-moulded spout and handle enriched in green and puce, the cover with a bud finial and brown-line rim, blue sceptre mark, incised // -- 4½in. (11.4cm.) high, circa 1775
