Decorated overall with foliage and geometric patterns, the mirror section detachable, one drawer in each tier fitted with lacquerware boxes of various shapes, all with conforming decoration

This rare mirror is almost identical to one in the Metropolitan Museum of Art in New York, illustrated in Carl Crossman, The Decorative Arts of the China Trade, London, 1991, p.284, pl. 163.
