A PARCEL-GILT SILVER AND CLOISONNÉ ENAMEL TROMPE L'OEIL JUG
MARK OF ANTIP KUZMICHEV, MOSCOW, CIRCA 1890
Shaped as a Caucasian jug, the body repoussé and chased to simulate fabric with a herringbone pattern, applied throughout with roundels and panels enamelled with varicolour scrolls and foliage, with swing handle and two spherical stoppers joined with a silver link chain, marked under base and on spout
8¼ in. (21 cm.) high
