of ovoid form with everted rim, applied with two lug handles to the shoulder each modelled as sea creatures, the body incised with an Art Nouveau maiden amongst stylised foliage bordered by beadwork and scrolling acanthus leaves, painted in shades of green, blue and brown on a buff ground incised marks, 1900, EMM monogram (minor glaze frits) -- 29cm. high
