Très rare pendentif en forme de cloche probablement destiné à être suspendu autour du cou ou à une oreille. Cet ornement en ivoire marin provient de la petite île de Tikopia (5 km2), aujourd'hui rattachée aux îles Salomon et située au Sud-Est de celles-ci, à proximité du Vanuatu.
