Two Meissen pot-pourri vases
each oviform, moulded with classical portrait medallions between laurel branches and bearded satyr mask handles below a pierced neck, the lower section moulded with scrolls above a spirally fluted stem, painted in colours with loose bouquets of flowers, the base applied with a seated and kneeling putti, behind them another holding a theatrical mask, moulded with scrolls and applied with flowers, painted in colours and gilt, blue crossed swords marks, Pressnummern 45 -- 6in. (15.3cm.) high, mid 18th century (covers lacking, some minor chips to extremities and firing faults)
