Woven in wools and silks, the first panel depicting a hunting party within a forest landscape, the two figures in the foreground carrying bows and arrows, men mounted on horseback and with dogs in the distance and a village beyond, the second panel depicting a couple in the clearing of a wooded landscape, the gentleman with bow and arrows, a deer and other animals in the bushes at their feet, with a deer hunt in the background and a joust in the distance
